Terrible experience on multiple occasions. I had them out to fix a leak in a bathroom sink. Problem reoccurred multiple times and I had them back. Several times it was a new plumber claiming the former one did something wrong and that the company couldn’t keep people. They have a 30 day policy and when I once called 40 days after they made me pay to have someone come out. Finally got another company who listed all the things that were done and the new parts I would need because of their damage. I have been waiting on service since weds I have been without water totally given the run around this place is horrible I wish I could give 0

Horrible company dealt with them for years through America home shield (another horrible company) one out of three technicians knows what they are doing. They have cost me hundreds of dollars .

Was very pleased with Daryl‘s work. Was good at explaining what my problem was and fixed it.

Mr. Tindall was courteous and friendly. He took care to not damage my flooring or anything else by using runners to pull my refrigerator out on and letting me move the things on top of the refrigerator. He knew exactly the part that was needed and installed it without incident and it didn’t take very long. He also took the time to explain to me what had happened. He said he had been doing this type of work for a long time, so it was good to have someone I felt was well experienced and I’m confident my refrigerator has been repaired correctly.
