Our bathroom ceiling began to leak, and we reached out to Home Shield Pro’s to look at our roof. Their services were spectacular, from the day we got the estimate down to the date of completion. Gary communicated every possible detail I could think of throughout the entire process. We had our roof replaced and chimney capped and their work was flawless. For example, our roof was tarped immediately to prevent further damage, we were shown photos constantly of the progress, given updated invoices as we paid down our balance, and the clean up after the job was completed was well done. Gary was honest about the work we needed done, and did not try to take advantage of us. He’s a very stand up person, and it’s apparent he’s extremely knowledgeable about the roofing business. He even went above and beyond to remove some empty birds nests in our gutters, and cap some vent holes in our siding. Communication, honesty, and integrity are words I would use over and over again when referring Home Shield Pro’s. Lastly, since the installation of our new roof, our leak is gone!

I had a massive blockage in my chimney that another company wouldn’t even touch without trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need. Gary came out and cleared the (extremely challenging!) blockage and kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. He was honest, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely call Home Shield Pros again when I need work in the future. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this locally owned small business enough! This father-son Duo not only does excellent work but has Superior customer service and communication. I rarely will do reviews unless it is absolutely warranted and this team really warrants a review. I have used them on two occasions and I plan to continue to use their services in the future. I needed chimney work done on my family home and I only trust the best to work on this home that my grandfather built. There services and kindness are highly recommended even down to the fact that I have a rambunctious (and loud) puppy in my house that they were able to welcome with open arms... Gary and Cory did a beautiful job on my roof and skylight. Very professional, above and beyond. They’re coming back to do my chimney next. I would recommend them to everyone 👍🏼👍🏼😊 I hijacked them from my daughter Jen’s house . I saw the good job they were doing for her. So I asked them if they could do mine too. Now I think my neighbor is going to hijack them from me 😀
