Mason just completed several projects on my home and did an exceptional job. Prices were very reasonable with no surprises. He made suggestions on whether something had to be replaced or could be repaired to save on cost. Completed projects in a timely manner and always cleaned up after. Highly recommend.
We provide emergency mobile housing for displaced homeowners throughout the United States. We contacted Home Remodeling Mobile Alabama and spoke to Mason for an emergency service call for one of our units in Wilmer Alabama to fix a water valve that failed. Mason said he would be there within 2 1/2 hours after finishing his current job. Mason failed to keep the appointment and did not notify us that we was not able to keep the appointment. Because of this, we needed to contact another company that charged us after hour rates to repair the water valve. Mason was professional and worked quickly to get our bathroom remodeled. Even when there were a couple of hiccups he got the job done the correct way instead of taking any shortcuts. He was efficient and his excellent work shows. We love our new bathroom!
