Background: I needed better intake ventilation in my attic. I had a few static vents which exhaust air, but I do not have soffits to intake air. I knew my roof was old and needed to be replaced anyway, and I didn't want to add edge vents to my old roof. Tim came over and assessed the situation. He agreed that edge vents would be the solution to my problem. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident. I picked out the roof color and we scheduled the installation.
The installation: For the most part, everything went well. The square footage of my roof is not large, so it was fully complete within a day. The installers mistake...Roof looks great!

The installers mistakenly threw away a couple of my downspouts, but when I notified Tim he quickly replaced them free of charge. Once completed, the roof looked great. The edge vents appear to be properly installed, and the shingles look great.
Post-installation: Upon walking around my house the next day, I noticed the installers did not thoroughly clean up. There were many pieces (small and large) of shingles, strips of plastic, loose nails, and even entire strips of unused nails. After notifying Home Pro Roofing of my concern, they came over that day and thoroughly rolled their magnet through my yard and picked up everything that was left behind. Issues happen on all projects, and Home Pro Roofing will address them promptly which is great to see. I would recommend them if you are looking to have your roof replaced!

Timm and the crew at Home Pro Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. Timm came out the following day after requesting an estimate to perform a roof inspection. He was concerned about some spots leaking and was kind enough to place a temporary patch.
He was very prompt to respond to all questions while we worked to get all the details of the roof replacement set. Because our roof was in such bad shape he prioritized getting our roof done in a timely manner and had the crew out the following week to complete the job in one day.

There was no pressure and the job was done around my schedule. The materials, installation, and cleanup were all excellent. The crew was awesome and completed the job in a day which was amazing.
