I am so elated by the ADA renovation service of my bathroom. Joseph arrived promptly, very congenial and professional. His work was meticulous, which reflects his and HMS's work ethic. Beginning with the bidding process, they explained and answered all my questions. You could see their delight while planning out the renovation. I recently had a walk-in shower installed by Zak for my elderly grandmother, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Zak arrived on time and is both professional and polite. Throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the installation, which was especially appreciated giving my grandmother's age. His patience, kindness and trustworthy nature made the experience stress-free and even enjoyable. It's rare to find someone so courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Joseph was super professional and did amazing work. Our new accessible shower and toilet look perfect, like they were always there. Absolutely recommend. Everything was clean when job was completed.

I'm so extremely happy with Zac and my new shower! Zac came early and worked hard and fast. He had a fantastic attitude. If you're looking for remodeling I highly suggest asking for Zac! He did an outstanding job! I had absolutely no idea it would be as beautiful as it turned out.
