Nice lightly used or new appliances. The staff are terrific as well. I had an issue with the appliances I purchased and they happily returned them and offered the correct machines that I needed. The delivery included full install. I saved a lot of money buying here and there is a warranty I got for 60 days. I saved about $600 shipping here and one of the appliances was brand new.

Needed a dryer today. Because of great service bought a new washer to match. The service and delivery installation and removal of old appliances was 5star. Great to work with and highly recommend! They delivered by 3:00 on the same day.

We bought a washer and dryer set but the moment we turned on the dryer it started screeching like a banshee. They did work with us to trade it out for another, but the “new” one takes two of the longest cycles on the highest heat setting to dry one load ( and I have cleaned every vent and filter I can find/reach on/around the dryer). And now, just four months after purchasing and two months after their measly 60 day warranty, the washer started leaking like crazy. I could have gotten better appliances off of facebook marketplace for half the price. Should have just done that to begin with.

If I could give Quick Fix Home Appliances a rating lower than one star, I absolutely would. Our experience with this Springville, Utah company has been an absolute nightmare, and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
We purchased a refrigerator and a stove from them. When the items were delivered, the refrigerator was correct, but the stove was a white model when we had specifically ordered stainless steel. We paid a $100 delivery fee and were assured this mix-up would be corrected. We were told the correct stainless steel stove would be delivered at no extra charge since the error was entirely on their end.

That promise has proven to be completely empty. My wife has spent countless hours attempting to resolve this. She has called, texted, and messaged them repeatedly over Facebook. Every time, they acknowledge the issue and promise that the correct stove is coming, only to completely ghost her on the day of delivery or stop responding entirely.
It's clear this company has no intention of correcting their mistake or honoring their word. The frustration, wasted time, and inconvenience caused by Quick Fix Home Appliances is unacceptable. Do not waste your money or your time with this business.
