Everything arrived on the day it was supposed to, the men were very courteous and efficient. They removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one, and took our old dishwasher which was great!

This store was great!! They have a huge selection of appliances to choose from ranges, refrigerators, washers and dryers etc all brands both NEW and scratch and dent at ridiculously cheap prices!! Atmosphere was great with both Mark and Markecia with wonderful customer service and great personalities!! Recommend this place for all your home appliance needs! I highly recommend Home Appliances. For my experience, they sell Speed Queen washing machines which are top notch (most other retailers don’t sell them). My purchase experience with their team in store was great. They have in-house maintenance and repair technicians. And they haul out old appliances and install the new ones. Home Appliances doesn’t contract this out to a 3rd party like most big box stores and retailers; they also do this in-house themselves. This gives the customer much better control and leverage, especially if any issues arise. They did a great job for me! I was very impressed with the removal and install experience (and I’m not easily impressed, and I don’t do much online posting). They were careful and cautious during this process, and very professional. They asked if they could replace my black rubber hoses with braided stainless steel hoses when hooking up my new washer. Indeed, the stainless steel are higher quality, last longer (and they’re not that much more expensive if you purchase them). This is definitely the route to take; I wish someone had made me aware of this before. Thanks, Home Appliances team! I sure don’t want any leaks in my home that could cause much damage, and the stainless steel pipes best help ensure that won’t happen. The complete experience for me was a great one. I’ll sure use Home Appliances again when next I need a new dryer, etc.!

Mark was great. He entertained our 4 year old while my wife and I were looking for a new washer and dryer. Cut us a little off the marked price too. Great experience as soon as we walked in and when I need another appliance I will be going here first.
