Our dryer in Encinitas suddenly started taking two cycles to dry even a small load of clothes. The technician checked the airflow and found the vent line was heavily clogged with lint. He cleaned the entire vent path and inspected the heating element to make sure it hadn’t been damaged. After the cleaning the dryer heated properly again and finished a load in one normal cycle. I honestly had no idea the vent could affect performance that much. The dryer now works far better than it did before the issue appeared

The wine cooler began running nonstop and the temperature kept dropping lower than the setting. The technician inspected the control panel and determined the temperature controller had failed. He replaced the controller and recalibrated the cooling system. After restarting the unit the temperature stabilized exactly where it should be. The cooler now cycles normally and runs quietly again.м

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling overnight and the inside started getting warm. The technician listened to the compressor and quickly suspected the start relay had failed. After removing the panel he confirmed the relay was burned out. He installed a replacement and restarted the unit. Within a few minutes the compressor kicked back on and the cooling began returning. He stayed for a while to confirm the temperature was dropping normally. Everything has been working perfectly since the repair and the fridge now runs quieter than before.

Washer suddenly stopped draining and just sat there full of water. Tried restarting it a few times, but nothing changed. The technician opened it up and found the drain pump completely blocked with debris and already starting to fail. He replaced the pump, flushed the line, and ran a full cycle to make sure everything worked properly. What I liked was that he didn’t just fix the issue but also checked the hoses and filter to prevent it from happening again. Now it drains fast and runs quieter than before. Definitely feels like it’s back to normal.

The tech found the defrost sensor wasn’t working and the system never entered the proper cycle. He replaced the sensor, cleared all the ice buildup, and tested it. After the repair, everything stayed dry and frost free. He also explained how airflow inside the freezer matters more than I thought. It’s been solid ever since.
