Holy Smokes Stoves & Fireplace

We had our wood stove cleaned and swept by someone else. One month later, our house was filled with smoke from some obstruction in the flue pipe. We talked with Kaiya at the store and she said Jeremiah was very busy this time of year, but she would see what could be done since our woodstove was our main source of heat. Jeremiah showed up a couple of days later, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was extremely clean and did a fantastic job. The labor charge was very reasonable. Such nice people! And, incredibly competent. I had the other fireplace provider in town come to my place to only tell me that there is no way to fix my units and I needed to replace them and get brand new ones which would’ve been thousands and thousands of dollars of peace. Darwin came to my house today and was able to fix the problem with all three of my fireplaces in two hours. He not only handled the wiring issue that was wrong with my fireplace in the master bedroom, But he figured out all of the old issues that were existing and installed brand new thermostat remotes. Holy Smokes are a good long time local family and do even better work. Jeremiah helped me and my family out even though i did not by the stove from them( the stove was from a neighbor. I did buy the pipe from them). Would give them 6 if i could!

We purchased and had installed a fireplace insert and were so pleased with both the insert and the service they provided to install it. It was a very difficult project in a very old rock fireplace but with their professionalism and expertise they figured out what needed to be done and tackled the job with efficiency.
