Tim and his staff did an extraordinary job. His journeyman nick and his helpers where very professional. Sierra answered all my questions over the phone and was very polite. One of the best businesses i have ever dealt with in any capacity. Extremely recommended.
Tim and his team of installers and technicians are the benchmark of craftsmanship and professionalism. The installation was an entire piece of art when they completed. 60 year old home that never had central heating and air conditioning. They had to get creative and design the entire system including ductwork around an old home that had old baseboard heating and window ac units. Their design and installation totally improved the comfort and health of the home and interior climate. It’s like a different house now and very comfortable with no more musty smell and high humidity… the house is now dry for the first time since 1965. A++++. You wil... This was our first time to use Hollifield Heating & Air in Muskogee. We chose them because they are family owned and have been in business for many years. We had been using a big, well known business in Broken Arrow. We never saw the same technician twice—always someone different. The technician that came out with Hollifield was Dakota. He was friendly and called and let us know he was on the way. After he serviced our furnace, he really took his time telling my husband everything he did. He also told us that he would be the only technician to service our units. We were happy to hear that —someone who knew our units and the repair history! Lo... This was our first time to use Hollifield Heating & Air in Muskogee. We chose them because they are family owned and have been in business for many years. Tim (owner) was a pleasure to do business with. He gave us several options on a replacement system that would best suit our needs for our size house. Very knowledgeable! Such a great guy! Nick and Jon, the installers were the best! I don't think that I could ever say enough good things about them. They did a heck of a job on the install. They even went out of their way to practically rebuilding the "closet" from the ground up that the inside unit sits in (pictured). Just look at that plumbing, pure art! Nice and straight and not just tossed in. My OCD really appreciated that lol. Outstanding work by all 3 gentlemen. If your able I highly reco... Tim (owner) was a pleasure to do business with. You will not believe how quiet it is. You can't even hear the air coming from the vents and both units are super quiet when operating and efficient. You won't even know they are there, seriously! You will not be disappointed! It does take some getting used to because it doesn't function like your "conventional" systems they are variable speed units so the only work as hard as needed and not full blast every time they turn on. Best part of all this is, my wife is very happy. Happy wife happy life :-) We highly recommend Hollifield Service Co.
