I pick up pellets here for a customer who has had an account for 20 years and purchases 5-6 tons each winter. Every time I come in to sign off that I'm picking up pellets, the desk staff is always rude. I would like to clarify that there's a guy who does the forklifts now, who is a nice guy. But the men who work behind the desk just don't represent good old small town business, never say hello or have a nice day and always have the attitude of “Can you not see that I’m in the middle of watching Fox News on my 80 inch tv, you are inconveniencing me by asking me to do my job to pull out a piece of paper to sign." Purchased the Allure 50. It looks absolutely great! Heat is tremendous. Heats our home entirely. 2600 square feet with large great room. Install guys came on a Sunday and did excellent work. Two guys from Millersburg. I was proud of both of them for working in a Sunday.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business. Staff laugh in your face, talk down to you, and act like customers are a joke. This isn’t a bad day — it’s a consistent pattern of arrogant, unprofessional behavior. Take your business somewhere you’ll be treated with basic respect.
