Vishnu was awesome. He was very helpful, and responded immediately when I had a furnace failure. Diagnosed the problem over FaceTime after hours and fixed it the next day. Could not have asked for a better service.

Vishnu was very reliable and easy to work with. His communication was clear and consistent and he delivered exactly what he said he would. He and his crew were quick, efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. On top of that his pricing was by far the most reasonable I found. He provided great value without cutting corners. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
Very thankful to have got referred to H&M Heating and Cooling LLC by a friend after our central AC stopped working in the peak of summer this July. The first company we called gave us a wrong diagnosis with an exorbitant estimate that would have just been the beginning of a series of replacing good parts. H&M saved us a lot of money by immediately identifying the problem, got our AC running with limited control until the the right part arrived. Once the part arrived two days later (it was the beginning of the weekend when we called them), we were up and running fully and have had no trouble with our AC.
