My I-phone was not charging and joe fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He is very knowledgable and reasonbly priced. I would recomend Hilton Head Phone repair and will be back if i ever need any future repairs.
Avoid. I had a terrible experience here. The hours are very restricted and the guy is strange. I arrived with a working phone that had a cracked screen and a battery that drained too rapidly. He said 20-30 minutes to fix both issues. He installed a new screen which was good but 90 minutes later I walked out with an inoperable phone. The new battery would not go above 1% charge and then died. He said he had no other batteries in stock (probably a lie as that's his primary business) and his tooth hurt and he needed to go home. I wanted my old battery put back in but he refused because of his tooth. He also said that I probably have a b... Avoid. I had a terrible experience here. You can't suck it up for 20 more minutes to make my phone operational? Avoid this weird place as he has no sense of customer service. I went over to the iTek Squad in Bluffton (by Sam's Club). They confirmed the new battery from HH Mobile Repair was bad and they fixed me up in 20 minutes. Go there for a good customer service experience and avoid the weirdness and poor customer service of HH Mobile Repair.
I broke the glass screen on my iPhone. I called Joe at Hilton Head iPhone repairs and within two hours my trip time and repair time. Everything was fixed. Amazing service great guy.
