When driving from Boise towards Wood River Valley my car started making a loud, concerning, noise. From the Fairfield area I called Hillside Auto Repair. Laura, the receptionist, told me they were having a busy day but stop by and they would at least look at my car to let me know if it is safe to keep driving or not. Tim, the owner, took my car for a quick test drive and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Thanks Hillside Auto for the professional, prompt and affordable care!

Although the mechanic work here is well done, Laura at the front desk needs to learn professionalism and how to speak to her paying customers. She was beyond rude, mind you, this was AFTER we spent thousands of dollars with them. I would not recommend anyone deals with her.
