I’ve worked with Eddie at Hillside Appliances on multiple properties and he always delivers excellent service. I’ve purchased refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers—and everything was priced fairly, delivered on time, and installed professionally. Eddie is knowledgeable, reliable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for appliances. Highly recommend!
More like zero stars - what a rip off. They charged my $60 to come out, $69 to diagnose, then said they couldn't get the part so it was unrepairable. Felt like I was ripped off for $129 to have a guy drive out, hook up his computer, tell me a code and drive away. Run the other way from Hillside.
Saul was our installer, he was fantastic. Everyone was very professional and was able to get the job done well. Thank you Hillside Appliance.
Saul and the lovely dispatch gal got our freezer issue sorted quickly. The process was easy to understand and everything felt transparent. Will be coming back to use their services in the future 🙂
