I called them for my mothers house & spoke with Diana, she was very kind & understanding of my mothers situation even as my mom had anxiety attacks in the background. When she explained the steps we would have to take to prepare my mother went berzerk that's when Cecilia stepped in & offered to speak with my mom & she explained the procedure to her with such a calm demeanor that my mom calmed down & so we hired them. After two services the bed bugs were gone, they gave us a third service for good measure & it has been 2 months now since we have seen a bed bug. They are friendly, compassionate & get the job done!

I normally don't write a review, I feel like most people say this until they feel compelled to write one because the service was so good!. Wow, I can't say enough about their services. True professionals and experts at what they do. From the initial scheduling with the receptionist to the service by technician.
