Highline Car Care

I recently took my Mercedes in for the B service at Highline Car Care, and I couldn’t be more pleased. At first, I was a little hesitant to go outside of the dealership where I’ve always had my car serviced, but I’m glad I did. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. My first impression was that they are honest and truly take pride in customer care. That impression held true throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident in their work and happy with the service I received. I will definitely be returning to Highline Car Care in the future.

I requested a repair for the engine mounts. Since it’s an older Japanese car that isn’t very common on the market, the initial quote was $2,000 with OEM parts. I honestly thought, “That’s way too expensive—this would be half the price in Japan!” But after doing some research, it turns out that’s pretty standard across the U.S. This shop had the best reviews in the area, and after discussing my options, they agreed to do the job for $1,500 using aftermarket parts, which made the decision easy. Took in my GTR to fix some issues with my transmission! Their team was awesome! They helped me unload it, they figured out the problem (sensors in transmission), got it fixed! They also inspected the car mechanically & did an alignment!

I just recently bought a 2016 GTR… unfortunately it had some problems.. and those problems lead to other problems.. I am in Surprise,AZ and I wouldn’t go to anyone else other than Highline Car Care.. especially Wes! The whole team at Highline are amazing people, super friendly, confident in their work, and the prices are great! Wes helped me for the last 3 months to getting my car running how it should have from the day I bought it.
