Kyle may be one of the most efficient contractors I have ever worked with. I needed him to enlarge my patio and remove a bunch of bushes around it. The job was completed quickly and with no problems. He even went the extra mile to suggest things I had not thought about, which enhanced the project immensely. I plan to use him again next spring to update my landscaping. Great job and great guys he has on his team!
UPDATE: Within an hour of me posting my original review, the owners girlfriend and another friend of his added 5 star reviews to keep his company’s rating higher. My husband and I hired Kyle to do our backyard last summer, we had a lot of work that needed to be done which included an orchard raised bed tear-out, a whole lot of rocks taken out, patio re-done, and then yard be leveled and seeded. We mistakenly went for the lowest bidder, and it showed through in not only the work completed but the unprofessionalism that was shown by the business owner (Kyle). It has taken me awhile to write this review because of legal battles with said owner... It has taken me awhile to write this review because of legal battles with said owner and having a newborn. The disaster started very early on, my husband had to have him rewrite our contract to state specific things that were agreed to be done on our backyard, we weren’t given accurate times of when he and his crew were going to show up, he was unable to redo our patio after already starting the dismantling of it (stated it would cost more, we agreed to said extra amount, and then he changed his mind and said he still wouldn’t be able to do it), he then stole the flagstone stones that he had already removed from our patio (found out he made money off those by selling them), someone who worked for him broke one of our trees that we repeatedly asked him to move so it wouldn’t get broken (he didn’t even tell us it had been broken, we found out on our own), and the list goes on. In the end he left our backyard uncompleted, he didn’t tell us when he would be back to complete the project, and so we let him go. We ended up hiring another landscaper to complete the job, and he was great! Kyle then took us to court over the amount we hadn’t paid him, even tho the job had not been completed he expected full payment. We won in court, in the end he ended up owing us thousands of dollars, of which he has yet to pay a penny. He sent us a fraudulent bill in the mail as well since the court’s judgement, which included accrued late fees from the original contract….. I hope this review is helpful and informative for other people looking to hire this company.
Kyle came and fixed a problem that was difficult-the work was exceptional and he did exactly what he said he was going to. I highly recommend him for any project
If you are looking to work with honest and trustworthy guys, Kyle and his crew are the best. They saw we needed help hauling some wood two hours away and offered to help at 8pm in the evening. One of the kindest things that has happened to me in a while. Kyle went out of his way to make it happen for us and to make sure our trailer was safe and tied down properly. I highly recommend working with people like this.
