I took my computer to this business when it quit working. He did get it to start working again, but in doing so, he LOST all of my programs, documents, and pictures. He told me that they were all there. I had to reload Quicken, facebook, Chrome, AOL. I still don't have everything back. I won't take it back to him again.
Took my desktop computer in for a case swap because I originally tried to do it myself, but it ended up being incompatible and didn't turn on. Tom was able to tell me about the issues with the computer and what new parts I needed for the computer. Once I got it back it looked and performed great.
I had an excellent experience with Tom. He restored my laptop faster than I anticipated, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Overall, 10/10. I highly recommend it!
