Had the parts, fixed the phone. T'was perfect.

Ryan and Dave and their entire family are GREAT!! We don't even live in Anchorage anymore, but will travel to High Frequency Wireless on a special trip to get the amazing service. They not only do all our phone repairs, but also give us many many options when it is time to purchase a new phone. They have a ton of different phones and sell a variety of cases. The best part is the service they provide. They are honest about only selling you what you need and I believe the products are very reasonable (compared to buying new).

Expensive but good service

I went in to get the charging port on my son's phone cleaned out (because he's a teenager and a mess!) I was helped quickly and they did it free of charge! The staff was super friendly and have adorable office dogs 🙂

More than just a repair shop! First time I ever cracked the screen on my cell phone. I called in recieved a quote for the repair as well as timeline, I brought the phone in and was able to pick up at the end of the day. They also have the vinyl screen protectors that work better with fingerprint scanner on my phone. Lastly the have tons of other items there including accessories and controllers for PS5 and Xbox. Great customer service, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Very friendly staff. Not so long wait time for repaired merchandise. I've had the crew refurbish 2, 9th generation ipads for me. No complaints, fair pricing. I will recommend to anyone who asks about a device repair of any sort. I for 1, will come back to High Frequency Wireless for another device repair(I have a few that needs fixing)

This place has helped with so many cellphone issues since we first visited the place last summer to replace a screen that we gad been trying to get replaced. They were anle to do this in 20 minutes! Every other place we had tried couldn’t, but High Frequency Wireless not only replaced and gave a discount for a future replacement, they also gave superb information and insight into the phone we had such as battery life and storage.
