Whether you are having trouble with a smart phone, TV, or computer, Ken knows just about everything. He'll schedule a visit and be on time, or possibly troubleshoot over the phone. He is patient and no matter your tech ability, never makes you feel you are asking an ignorant question. His rates are more than reasonable. I highly recommend Ken and High Country Computing.
We called Ken on the day after Thanksgiving, and we expected a week's wait due to the holiday. However Ken came to our house within 3 hours that day, 45 min away, and repaired our laptop. He did an excellent job in an expedient manner. He is very nice and kind as well. Highly recommend!
