Absolutely great place with awesome staff. Not only did they replace my PSU, they redid my cable management and helped with some other issues on top of staying late to finish the job and even help get my stuff to the car. 11/10 - WILL recommend
Brought in our old laptop that stopped working. Waters found problem instantly. Showed us laptops that he sells and made with insides that he knows is more efficient. Price range is on par with big chain stores. Very nice man with extensive knowledge. Love his store also. Thanks Waters
I dropped my laptop while working from home recently and was in a panic. I called our IT support at the office and was assured it would take 5-7 business days to get a replacement in stock at a repair place in Tallahassee and that I'd have to leave it for at least 2 hours. I didn't have that time and thought I would try a local place instead - I called Hick's and Jordan told me to bring it in, he had a screen in stock. I drove immediately from Cairo and I kid you not the entire removal and install took 11 minutes TOTAL. I was able to do the whole thing over my lunch break including travel time. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I learned they can do reboots of software and also sell computers and systems as well. I wish I had known sooner, and we will always use them from now on. I have plans to take an older computer to him soon that I had given up on. The price was more than reasonable and even my IT guy back at the office was in awe when I told him what good service I had received. Hick's is hands down the best around!
Wonderful!! My internet went down due to lightening strike. Made a house call after hours. Was up and running SEVERAL devices within 40 minutes!! Listened to my concerns and addressed each one!! Thank you, Waters Hicks!!
