Hibdon Tires Plus

I really can thank Jeff enough!! I needed tire immediately and he had went out of his way to get them even though they were out if stock at their location. I had my babies with me so I was in a panic and had called to see if I could get in immediately because I was stuck with a blown tire Jeff had his staff ready and waiting for when my children and I arrived. Definitely will recommend to others and will be going back. It was a plus that I only had to purchase 3 tires and get the 4th free!!

I called late into the day. Jeff answered and was very understanding and told me to come on by to look at my tires. Jeff, Geoffrey and Ethan went above and beyond and took care of me and were very understanding of my situation. I appreciate the work that was completed and would rate the quality as fair. As a mechanic myself, I have a solid understanding of how long certain services take. I understand the desire to avoid rushing a job just to meet a short time window and risk customer dissatisfaction. However, I came to your shop specifically because you have the proper equipment to complete the service efficiently. Once the work was finished, the vehicle remained on the alignment rack for an additional 35 minutes while other work was being performed.
