We hired H&H on two separate occasions. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. Valerie goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. In this day and age, it's difficult finding companies you can trust, but we definitely trust H&H. Highly recommend if you are need of garage door replacement or repair.
Had a broken garage door coil spring & called this company. They sent a repair technician ASAP 2 days later and quickly replaced the broken springs and checked for wear and tear to the garage door cables, opener & sensors. Very happy with their service!
When your teenage driver has beef with your garage door, you need heroes—not just repair pros. And H & H Overhead Door of Oahu delivered! On 9/25/2025, my garage door took a serious hit. The bottom hinges were bent, both bottom rollers at each end popped off the track, and the metal at the bottom was curled upward like a wave, with the rubber seal sagging and useless. Needless to say, I had to pull the emergency release cord just to get it closed, but it still wasn’t flush to the ground, and where I live, there are puddles galore once the rain comes. I swear, Brandon is a metahuman! 🦸🏻 He assessed the damage, saw the ominous rain clouds creeping in, and jumped into action. Armed with just his tools and raw strength, he bent the hinges back into place, re-secured the rollers, evened out the metal along the bottom of the door to support the rubber seal, and reset the emergency cord. Voila! Everything was back online in less than an hour, and the seal was flush to the ground—just in the nick of time. Because as Brandon was packing up… here came the FAT raindrops, followed swiftly by the dreaded downpour. But here’s what really blew me away: Brandon explained everything he was doing without me even asking. AND THEN...he adjusted the garage door opener’s force settings so it now closes smoothly and quietly. I’ve never had a tech do that proactively. BRANDON IS INCREDIBLE! 👏🏽✨ I wholeheartedly recommend H & H Overhead Door of Oahu for top-tier garage door support—whether it’s a rescue, a refresh, or a brand-new install. They’re fast, professional, compassionate, and truly go above and beyond. Thank you again, Valerie and Brandon—you saved the day!
Excellent service from the 1st phone conversation setting up appointment to the gentleman that showed up to install new garage door opener. Very professional and helpful and I highly recommend.
Quality service from start to finish. Also, extremely fair pricing. Will be using again! Garage spring decided to break Christmas Day. I called around the next morning, hoping to find an open repair shop and H&H and were the only ones who picked up. Super kind and professional office personnel (Valerie), very easy to schedule with. Repairman was prompt and thorough. Fixed the spring and performed an included maintenance. Door works great and is much quieter now too. Thanks H&H!
