After a pretty bad rain storm the night before I noticed I had a small leak inside my house. I immediately called Hugo after reading really great reviews and wanting to support a local business. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and came out the same day. I showed him where it was and he was able to seal it that same visit. He had answers to all of my questions. He was very honest and upfront with what he saw. Plus this repair comes with a one year written warranty. So I have confidence in his work. I believe the price is definitely worth his expertise. I would very much recommend.
Made a call to try and get an appointment. Hugo called back and mentioned that to visit us, he would need to charge 100$ because he had been to the home before a year ago. However, we are new homeowners and just purchased the home within the past 6 months. Hugo repeatedly stated that they have a tracking system and keep track of addresses and "GPS locations" but not homeowners, which seems a bit short sighted. Unfortunately this means any homeowners that he has issues with, ruins his service for the address completely... maybe he should start keeping track of homeowners instead of just addresses?
