Fence installed by HF (Hugo Fernandez) Welding & Iron Works does not close properly, is not level, workmanship is poor. Do not pay them the last payment until you are completely, I mean completely, satisfied. Customer service, Maria, is great when you lay down your hard earned money but after that good luck getting them to call you back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
