The windows and doors were installed as promised. The craftsmanship is awesome. So happy with the work and our sunroom is shaping up. Thank you to everyone at Hess Windows, definitely worth the wait. We will contact them for our next project.
We are pleased with our storm door. It did take months to arrive, but the staff were good about communicating and responding to questions. The installation was prompt and clean. A small part arrived with a defect, so they quickly arranged a replacement to be sure it was perfect.
We contacted Hess Windows and Doors because we heard about Hess Windows and Doors on channel 69, stating it is worth the wait. Well ...we did not even have to wait the time that we were originally given, they were able to squeeze us in before the Winter From the estimator Matt.... to the installation team it was an awesome experience.
