We have worked with Seth now on several different occasions, and he has gone above and beyond for each of them, making the experience of shopping and choosing these pieces as special as the pieces themselves. There’s no better feeling than trusting the sales and jeweler team you work with, and that’s definitely what we have at Herzogs. They spend time with you, get to know you, and you never feel rushed, even in busy season.
Outside of the special environment at the store, the store itself houses so many beautiful pieces. I am definitely a modern traditionalist when it comes to my style. I love the classic pieces, but often also enjoy some modern twists or aesthetics. Herzogs has all of the timeless pieces that I love, and also variations of new designs that I hadn’t thought of and end up falling in love with, and everything in between and beyond.
We will never go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at herzogs Jewelry this morning I came in to get my wife’s wedding ring cleaned and they did a full check and was able to tell me what was wrong with the ring and gave me a quote to have it fixed and she was excellent customer service. Thanks to Taylor at the buttermilk store in Fort Mitchell. She’s a great employee.
