Sir, you hired Hershocks in 2019 to service your aged fixed storefront windows and replace an aluminum entrance. We performed our work completely. Under this work order we excluded any work associated with the EIFS. The leak you are referring to from 2022 was one we looked at and we did not charge you for the visit. We saw the same unchanged EIFS condition that we witnessed in 2019. Hershocks is not an EIFS contractor. Our experience tells us storefront windows are not designed to manage water that infiltrates the top or sides of the window system. In this case, the water is entering from the EIFS system outside the window system.
We suggest you contact a waterproofing contractor with EIFS experience to address the aged EIFS system. This should resolve the leaks you are experiencing.
