We’ve now used Herr Plumbing twice and they have been so great I wish they also did handyman services, new roofs, electrical, etc. so I wouldn’t have to worry about hiring anyone else again. The first time we used them we had a leaky toilet and it was at a busy time as the plumber we’d used before was 3 weeks out, 2 other places 2 weeks out. Herr was able to schedule us sooner than that and then luckily had a cancellation and came out the next day. They were: Professional Communicated well Reasonably priced Showed up on time Presented options. Fast forward to the most recent issue and it wasn’t such an easy fix. What should have been a sim... What should have been a simple cartridge swap to fix a leak was made much more difficult because of the brand of components and the fact it had corroded over. Another plumber would just throw their hands up but Herr helped to research, ordered in all the parts if it needed to be a complete redo because they’d have to come in through the back, and throughout all of this were kind and communicated well. Luckily we didn’t need to do that elaborate of a job and the assembly broke free of the corrosion. But Herr’s willingness to plan for the worse but not simply barrel through and automatically take the sledge hammer approach was appreciated. We are very happy with the outcome. So to add to the above they are also: Honest Cautious Accommodating Patient We will easily use them from now on. Thanks David and Herr Plumbing!!!

Called Herr for water heater problem. I was looking at a new one but fortunately Austin and Eli fixed the problem and saved me a new water heater. They also replaced the faucet on the shower. The work was excellent and I enjoyed having them in my house. They cleaned up after quickly completed the work. The water heater installer (not Herr) mixed the pipe metals which caused corrosion and could have led to a new water heater.Herr saved me a possible early replacement. They really took care of business.
