Very helpful! I came in on Saturday to get help with my green, out of control pool. I had been attempting to figure out my problem on my own for two weeks to no avail. Heritage Pools gave me all the necessary supplies and step by step instructions. By Sunday afternoon my pool is fully in line and ready to swim!!!
Customer service is really bad. They don't call back to send in the one and only repair man they have. Going to take our fireplace back for a full refund. Going somewhere else.
Just to update this review. Although the owner said to call and they would gladly address this problem, that was NEVER done. Their customer service is horrible and they do NOT honor the warranty. Why even tell the consumer you have a warranty, when you do not honor it. Instead you waited for it to run out and still refused to address the issue with my fireplace. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Once they make the sale, you are literally forgotten after that. I have a White Mountain Hearth Gas Fireplace (The Vail Series) purchase from The Heritage Fireplace Showroom. I called for yearly maintenance, li... Just to update this review. I called for yearly maintenance, lighting the pilot and making sure it was ready for the upcoming cold weather. I was put on a list and told it would take awhile but after waiting, literally months no one came. I called and was put on hold, with no one ever answering. I did go into the store and the owner told me that I had never called. I had my phone and showed her where I had and the length of time I waited. She then called a technician to see how long of a wait it would be and was told he was the only one and was wayyy behind, it could be 8 weeks. She told me that it would cost $99 for the tech and once diagnosed it would take several MONTHS to get back to me. I had a warranty and was still in effect. That was a year ago and to date, I have not seen or heard from the tech or the owner. Of course, in the meantime the warranty had run out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, FOR ANYTHING!!!
