I had an issue with my condensation line and called Hendel’s around 3 PM. By 7 PM the same day, a technician was already at my home—no emergency fee, just great customer service. The tech had nothing but good things to say about the company and mentioned that his boss, Rob, was the best he’s ever worked for. I really appreciate a business that takes care of both its customers and its employees.
Spent 14k for two units from Hendels and had them come out every year to do the inspections. After a fee years my compressor on one of our condensors starting making a lot of noise. I was told that was normal and the women I spoke with even said hers does the same. If that were normal wouldn't it have done it from day one? They said the only fix was a new compressor but it's under warranty right? Technically yes but it still will cost $2200 to pay for freon!!! It doesn't need freon, they should be evac and recharging the freon. For those that dont know AC systems are a closed system and should not need freon unless there is a leak. Mine d... Judge a company of how they handle things when things go wrong not when everything goes right.

Although my needed service was a mistake on my part with a wiring issue when reconnecting my condenser fan after a good coil cleaning, Rick spotted my error immediately and had my air-conditioning working quickly.
