Called them out for a badly clogged sink drain. Came out the next morning, did good work. Only reason it isn't 5/5 is because the initial call went to the creepiest AI voice system imaginable. Wasn't even sure it took my information correctly.

John was efficient and thorough! He came out and helped me with an estimate for installing a washer and dryer on the back of the wet wall for our upstairs bathroom and he navigated our 60+ year-old plumbing great. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Henco Plumbing Services. We had a ceiling leak in our kitchen, and Cody Allenton was first on the scene and found the source of the leak, which was our HVAC system. Joseph Garbuzov was our HVAC tech and he did a tremendous job. He was VERY thorough and explained everything he did for us. He had to make several calls to our home, and made sure that everything was in working order. He also educated us about our HVAC system. I found both Cody and Joseph to be a breath of fresh air...so friendly, prompt and professional.

Called them to check out some staining around the vent fan and lights in two different bathrooms. They gave really good feedback and recommended that a series of steps to check prior to having them get involved, including referrals to remediation and roofing companies. Both the referrals did a great job (got our problem fixed), and henco also provided a quote for an additional item that we wanted while they were here. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend, since they helped us figure out how to get a resolution quickly, even if they weren't involved directly.

Henco was great! The tech John Degraaf was great. I needed help connecting my Blackstone grill to my house line. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My kitchen sink was backed up, and the technician was great! He was able to tell me why it backed up, and got it working again. So happy they could come out the same day I called. Fabulous service!
