I have had the pleasure if doing business with Helping Hands and this experience has been absolutely fantastic. I literally did not have to put in any work. From the start my contractor Brock helped contact my insurance and work out all the details without me having to get involved. Then David called me and took care of ordering all supplies necessary he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. At the end of the process Audrey contacted me and worked out the details of the contract and payment, she also was amazing, great customer service skills, efficient and patient. I have had horrible experience with trying to get my roof fixed an...I have had the pleasure if doing business with Helping Hands and this experience has been absolutely fantastic. From the initial meeting with Justin to the very end of this process, my wife and I were extremely impressed by the professionalism exhibited by Justin, David (Project Manager), and the roofing team! The communication concerning what we could expect was clear and direct, and we really appreciated knowing how things would proceed. They worked with our Insurance Company and everything went smoothly, as I had never submitted a claim before. When the roofers had completed their work, they cleaned up and placed all patio furniture, plants, and water hoses just like we had them! Just wanted to give a huge thank you to this company as we were able

Our point of contact, Megan Smith, was super friendly, explained the whole process in detail and answered any questions we had. Avoid these people like the plague. They had me pay upfront and walked off the job and took our money. Job wasn't even 50% completed. Don't let their smooth talking influence you. Very inexperienced contractor and shouldn't be in this business.
