I could not he happier about finding this place. A good friend told me that Mr Helms was the most honest person she knew. That was good enough for me. I had two vehicles that needed servicing and was getting the run around on one of them. Mr Helms diagnosed the problem and fixed the 'service engine soon' light. He could have easily charged me more and I would not have known but he didn't. I asked him to look at a wheel bearing issue too. He explained why it was the tires and not the wheel bearing. He also was EXTREMELY flexible about getting my cars to his shop. I could not be happier. Plus his shop has a really nice waiting area.

Will Helms, owner of Helms Automotive is a man of integrity and great knowledge in the world of Toyota vehicles. His prices are fair and he always solves the problems; if he doesn’t have the expertise he humbly recommends someone whom he trusts. I have worked with him for decades and highly recommend his services. A+

Hands down one of the best mechanic shops all around. The owner is truly a great person first and foremost. Patient and kind and truly cares about his cars and customers. What a blessing it has been to find a shop like this

I visited this establishment assisting my niece in having a car checked out prior to purchase. I found Mr. Helms to be genial and knowledgeable and easy to work with. What makes this more impressive is that my niece lives 2 and 1/2 hours away and had arranged all of this by phone without any involvement on my end. I pulled up with the car and 45 minutes later left having had it checked out by someone who seems quite trustworthy.
