When it came time to replace our roof after some nasty hail here in Euless, I was honestly a little overwhelmed by the whole insurance process. From the very first call, Hello Roofing made everything feel easy and stress-free. They walked us through every step with patience and clarity, handled all the insurance paperwork and inspections. I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without them. The craftsmanship on the new roof is outstanding. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and worked efficiently without making a mess of our yard. They used top-quality materials and paid attention to every detail: from the ridge vents to the flashing around our chimneys. The finished roof looks beautiful and feels incredibly solid. If you need roofing work done - I can’t recommend Hello Roofing enough. They turned a problem into a smooth, positive experience. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any future projects! Recently we had hail damage on our roof that needed fast attention after some nasty weather. We called Hello Roofing and they jumped right on it, showing up quickly and making sure they understood what we wanted. Arturo was friendly and professional while listening closely to our concerns, and he answered every question patiently. GOOD SERVICE!! 1. After meeting with a few roofing contractors, I decided to search for one that is more local in or near the Oak Cliff area. I came upon Hello Roofing. I called the contractor and he showed up the same day. It appeared to me that the contractor enjoys his job. He was always in communication with me concerning products: shingles, skylights, extra attic ventilation, etc. and available for any concerns or questions. Hello Roofing had also replaced a roof just down the street from me and the owners recommended this company. His crew came and replaced my roof in two days and looks great. If you live in the Oak Cliff area, I highly recommend Hello Roofing.

An inspection report documented damage to one portion of my roof. Arturo, from Hello Roofing, came highly recommended by neighbors. He came the next day after I called, and found that our “damage” was shingle material that had blown of someone else’s roof. He didn’t charge me for the trip, but did show me with pictures, that there were a few loose nails and a little siding damage. I hired Hello Roofing to do the repair and maintenance work… and I can’t say enough good things about how well they did their jobs. Completely professional, personable and pleasant, reasonably priced, and went out of their way to make things right. Arturo even sent over a crew to do some much needed yard work! I learned that Hello Roofing is going to be my first call for all home projects! The name should really be, Hello We Have Your Back!

Arturo and his Hello Roofing crew have completed two much needed improvements on our house in Austin, TX. After a hole was discovered in the roof, he was able to assemble his crew and materials and replace the roof a few days later, in a single day. He used high quality Certainteed Class 4 shingles, so it looks better, has better sound and energy efficiency. More recently, he & his crew replaced some sofits and siding, and painted the house. It looks so much better! We also discovered other needed projects for this house, so perhaps an Austin office is in Hello Roofing's future - ha ha. Arturo is so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with - a home expert with a clear and palpable passion for the work.
