Eddie was prompt, professional, and friendly when he checked out my dryer which is no longer drying clothes. He confirmed what I knew was the problem and ordered the parts required to repair the dryer, which will be sent directly to me. The four stars rather than five express my annoyance with the $195 diagnostic fee when I already knew what the problem was! Why not just have me provide the model and serial number over the phone when I first called , charge me for the parts now - or along with the labor charge when Eddie comes to fix the dryer next week? $195 seems awfully high for a 10- minute visit!
