The LiftMaster opener on our driveway gate in Mar Vista kept flashing an error code. I wasn’t sure what was wrong, but Shay walked me through a few things over the phone, then sent a tech when that didn’t work. John came out, found a damaged limit switch, and replaced it. The system’s working perfectly now. I appreciate their honesty and quick response.

COMMUNICATION WITH TECHNICIANS AND OFFICE IS NOT GOOD. VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH.

Rude customer service. Was unable to schedule a service call or even remotely have a conversation about the services I needed. The gentlemen who answered spoke to me for a minute and then promptly hung up on me. Me thinking it was an error, I called back and he answered again and let me say a few words before hanging up on me again. A simple "No we can't help you" would suffice. I don't know how they retain customers with this kind of attitude. Based on my short experience trying to inquire about their services, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
