We are very impressed with Heartland Heating and Cooling. With temperatures plummeting tomorrow, our furnace decided to stop working! We called Heartland first thing this morning, and Josh came over within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem very quickly— within minutes! He had all the material to fix our furnace immediately. Josh did a great job explaining what happened and why. The price was very reasonable, and I am so grateful for their quick response! Heartland will be our go-to company for any future heating/cooling needs!

I have been on the yearly plan with Heartland for a while now. They are always honest and up front about anything that needs attention. They are very polite when performing tune-ups, and do a great job explaining any work that is done Recently, they discovered a leaking part in our furnace. They originally suggested replacing the part, which was going to cost approximately $1500. When attempting the replacement, they discovered that it could be repaired without a part replacement. They did the repair instead and it saved me over $1000! This kind of honesty and trust is rare these days. Definitely recommend!

Our furnace quit working overnight, but after a quick phone call, we set up a time to have it looked at (and even repaired) same day! The lady I spoke with on the phone was stellar! The two gentleman were kind, knowledgeable, and courteous to us. We will use Heartland again!!
