Feb 2, 2026 Had Service tech Tony stop by our home for gas fire place. Great man very polite and through He cleaned and found a mouse! Found where the mouse was entering fireplace and fixed that too !! He will be back after ordering needed parts Highly recommend David Kriegel Mishawka
We didn't purchase anything, but we had just moved into a home with two ventless gas fireplaces in it and not knowing anything about them, turned to Hearth and Home for answers. We stopped into the store and was greeted by Greg Kizer. He took the time to address our concerns, reviewed pictures we had sent, and called and text several times until we knew and felt comfortable about using it. If you go in, ask for Greg, he will do right by you. Thanks again Greg, we appreciate all the help!!
Fairest pricing in the area. We received a quote from another company that was almost $5000. This company did it for $2500. Almost identical set up. The installer was very professional and kept the areas clean. Even wore booties covering his shoes. The gentleman at the store that helped us pick out what we were looking for was very knowledgeable of the product that they sell. They were able to do the installation within two weeks.
My experience was very good from start to install. Called many places and left messages to give me a quote. Mike came out right away and was able to get me a quote quickly as well as affordable. Install was a breeze they were here less than an hour. Very professional and didn’t leave a mess. We converted a wood burner to a gas log set. Highly recommend.
They installed 2 fireplaces in our new build 1 year ago. We moved in 5 months ago. We have yet to have continuous working fireplaces. They first ordered the wrong units, then proceeded to give every excuse you can imagine and order part after part. Today after 5 long months of no fireplaces working they said they will order brand new ones. We asked them to do that after the first week they didn't work. You would think we would have gotten a personal call from the owner. NOPE. Terrible customer service. I would think twice if you want a quality experience.
