HD Chem-Dry provided absolutely outstanding service! The difference in our carpets is like night and day. They were professional, extremely timely—right on time—and did an amazing job from start to finish. I highly, highly, highly recommend working with them. Their attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely be using their services again in the future!

Scheduling was easy. Heath arrived on time. Did a review of what needed to be done and he got to work. Heath was very personable, polite, and informative. He cleaned our living room and bedroom carpets, and three pieces of furniture. This was a very positive experience, and we will call him again.

Quite a sad experience with this company…. My husband and I scheduled nice and easily over the phone with Heath. Upon arrival of the tech (Austin) I believe, I was vacuuming my hallway. They were here to deep clean the master bedroom, hallway and living room. He tech proceeded to tell me I did not need to continue vacuuming. So I did not finish the hallway or living room. Tech finished vacuuming the hallway and then wrapped up his vacuum and began spraying the carpet in the bedroom. From this point I went in my basement with my 9m old and let him do his thing. 40 minutes later I see on my living room camera is is starting to clean up his supp... Tech finished vacuuming the hallway and then wrapped up his vacuum and began spraying the carpet in the bedroom. From this point I went in my basement with my 9m old and let him do his thing. 40 minutes later I see on my living room camera is is starting to clean up his supplies so I return upstairs from the basement. I check around and find that the living room did not look vacuumed at all. (We have a long hair dog) I proceeded to drag my foot along the wall and collected a decent amount of hair that rolled up in a clump. I asked if this could be taken care of. The tech went and got a thin broom and showed me how it was difficult to get the hair. I showed him how easy it was to get the hair removed with my foot again. He then lectured me about how they don’t guarantee the carpet to be fully cleaned. After the tech left (and he almost left without getting me to pay , I honestly shouldn’t of opened the door back up to pay him), I contacted Heath to see what we can do to get my carpet clean. He did not want to offer anything other than a bottle of spray the NEXT time. I had my husband call Heath and he proceeded to tell my husband there is absolutely no machine or tool to remove the hair from our carpet. This company is sad. I asked for a refund and since they “provide a service” they don’t offer refunds. I do not want this company back to my house and all they want to do at this point is come back to vacuum, that should have been offered the first call when I complained. Heath is great at scamming people that work hard for their money while he has half ass workers going out and “cleaning” carpets. 10/10 do NOT recommend. They will take your money and leave your carpet dirty and hairy.
