Was visiting from out of town in msp and discovered a leak in upper radiator hose. Stopped in out of the blue on a Saturday afternoon about an hour before closing time, and they were more than happy to fix it and get me back on the road. Fantastic service. Can't thank them enough.

I was desperate to fix my car window, which got loose off the track and wouldn’t close all the way. The business hours were closed but by chance Ajmal was still working, and he was very kind to take a look at the issue. Ajmal completely fixed it within approximately 20 minutes for a very fair price, even though I went to another place just beforehand which was quoting me way more money in the hundreds. Ajmal is kind, decent, and honest, and also a pro and very quick worker. He knows Toyotas really well. I would’ve been out of luck since I was about to go on a road trip. I almost never write reviews but I want to pay it forward as I super appr...I was desperate to fix my car window, which got loose off the track and wouldn’t close all the way. If you’d like to be charged over the quote for your car to be almost totaled, this is your place!
I called and asked to have my thermostat replaced. I said I had my own part and they asked if I could provide coolant, and I could so I did. I was quoted $180 and was told it would be a couple hours when I dropped off. I needed to be in Nebraska that night, so I was happy to be able to drop it off that day and only have it be a couple hours. After three hours of hanging out at the nearby park with no communication, I stopped by only to find out that they broke a bolt off into my engine block. They said they tried to weld it out and shows me a washer he welded onto a completely different bold (?) but that didn’t work. Afterwards, I was told straight up that they could fix it, but it would require taking more parts out and they “didn’t feel like doing it” So they put the thermostat in with only 2/3 bolts, and if it begins to leak, the cost of fixing their mistake would be more than I paid for the car, solely because they “didn’t feel like” fixing it.
After that, they asked if I was able to pay $250 instead of the $180 quoted because in trying to fix the bolt THEY BROKE, they wasted a bunch of time and it was somehow my responsibility. Despite that, I agreed (even though I didn’t feel like I had a choice), and after I agreed, I was still told that it was “unfair to his shop” because they spent all that time trying to fix their own mistake. Then the conversation went as follows:
“Well, if you had told me you broke the bolt when it happened, I would’ve told you to just put the thermostat on without trying to get the bolt out, and it wouldn’t have taken so long”
“Well, if I’d known the bolt was going to break, I wouldn’t have worked on it”
He then proceeded to blame the bolt breaking on how “old” my car is (it’s a 2007, and I personally and exclusively worked on my 1991 Camry without ever having a bolt break).
Anyways, I rated two stars because they got me in today. You can have something fast and cheap, but not good (and not cheap either, or fast)

I called many shops in the area and Ajmal had the most affordable price by far. The job was a little labor intensive so I was surprised and thrilled when he had my car running and back to me within the day. He was very straightforward and never pressured me to get additional services. I will absolutely be coming back for any of my auto needs!
