Hay Tire Pros - West Ashley

The employees at Hay Tire were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The service was quick and the bill received was exactly as previously discussed. No fluff, no excuses, and nothing added. They went above my expectations and I will be trusting their services in the future.

This is probably the 5th time I’ve gone to Hay Tire Pros in the last couple of years and each time has been better than the last! I always get helped immediately and the work done is almost always done ahead of schedule. Phil at the front made sure I knew all the work to be performed and kept me in the loop from start to finish. I always leave feeling like I have gotten a great deal, and I refuse to go anywhere else in town. I had to get a new tire this most recent trip and didn’t even hesitate or fret about having to get it replaced, as I knew Hay Tire would have me back on the road in no time with little wait and low expense.

The staff at Hay Tire Pros were very friendly and accommodating to me. I made an appointment and had to call back and change it 3 times within one day. They were very polite and accommodating for my scheduling debacle. The prices seem very fair and the service was very good. There was a nice young gentleman who even held the door for me as I was leaving. I would definitely recommend them for a tire replacement and repair. I believe they do other servicing as well, however, I did not need anything else during this visit.

I recently had a nail in my tire and walked into Hay Tire and was greeted by Nicole who quickly assessed my tire situation and was able to order my tire (not in stock anywhere) and have it ready the next business day. Then she fit me in that afternoon to have it replaced. Nicole was super knowledgeable, and I was so appreciative of her customer service and how she went above and beyond to quickly assist with my situation.
