They came to restore our house last year after a fire and still to this day we find things that they either didn't fix properly, or something that their guys broke in the moving process. It was almost like their goal was to come and do the bare minimum. They took no responsibility over any of it. (Also I forgot to mention, their communication was terrible, they basically could never update us on anything while it seemed like there was a different contractor working in the home for MONTHS, very inconsistent work. No timeline of project completion.) Like I said, till this day, random drawers or cabinets in our kitchen break because they couldn’... (Also I forgot to mention, their communication was terrible, they basically could never update us on anything while it seemed like there was a different contractor working in the home for MONTHS, very inconsistent work. No timeline of project completion.) Like I said, till this day, random drawers or cabinets in our kitchen break because they couldn’t take the time to do a quality check. Our dishwasher still sticks out and we have to slide it open gently or it falls to the ground because they couldn’t bolt it back into the frame.
