Our kitchen floor started sloping downward in certain spots and since we didn't want to climb up a hill everytime we wanted to use the microwave we knew we needed to have someone address the issue. We reached out to Hawk as they are local and we read very positive reviews all around. Office staff was very friendly and helpful and immediately set us up with an inspector and appointment. Sam Hunter came out quickly and even adjusted his schedule to make it a day earlier as a request from us. He was able to do his inspection and put together a report with pictures to show everything he was talking about while also showing us other issues beneath the house, not to sell us a job, but as a courtesy. He put a quote together for the initial problem but also, per my request, put together an extended quote to address his other concerns and also a couple of other issues I wanted addressed. Was very pleased with the quote and agreed to do everything. Shortly after, an appointment was set and then the work was completed on time. Mr Hunter wanted to do a final inspection and review with us but due to work scheduling on my end, this had to be done on a weekend. I offered to have him complete it during the week while I wasn't around but he declined and said he would rather come by on his day off so he could go over everything with me in person and ensure I was happy with the work. Altogether we didn't have one negative experience from the initial phone call to the final inspection. Highly recommend Hawk and will use them again if/when needed.

Sam came out to our house and gave us a very thorough inspection and reasonable level of repairs needed to fix our crawlspace before encapsulation. After a quick termite assessment and treatment, we were quickly put on the schedule for the work to be completed. Gustavo, leading the Red crew from start to finish, is an absolute master carpenter and encapsulation installer. Here is where our story takes a little twist, that I believe most people might be turned off by a little, but is in fact another reason that I would highly recommend Hawk for whatever your needs are. In the first day of construction, the red crew noticed additional damage to a number of our joists, that was not there during the initial inspection and consultation. As it turns out, it was done during the termite inspection. I would argue that it was probably mostly cosmetic and not structural damage,but it revealed much older termite damage to a number of our joists. Hawk was not going to let this remain as acceptable. They fixed and/or replaced every damaged joist, at no cost to us, and furthermore did it without me having to even question “what comes next?” I have had a few dealings with contractors before and can assure you that is not how most contractors operate. Their work was in my opinion, nothing short of outstanding! I absolutely recommend Hawk to be your first call, and after meeting them, that will be the only call you will need to make.

He was professional and friendly right from the start. I unfortunately had to leave for another appointment before he finished so once he was done, he sent a detailed follow-up text summarizing what he had done. I went looking in my crawlspace for a water leak and found a horror scene. Bad leak, standing water and MOLD galore. I contacted 3 crawlspace companies and decided to go with Hawk, and so happy that we did! The team at Hawk Crawlspace exceeded our expectations. Sam Hunter came out and gave the estimate reached out to him multiple times afterwards and he always followed up with me, clearing up any concerns I had with the mold mitigation process vs their competitors. This is what separates Hawk from the competition. Allan and the BLUE TEAM showed up on time and went straight to work cleaning up the disgusting mess. They took pictures and showed me progress along the way. Day 1 was clean out and mold mitigation and the next day they showed up and did a full encapsulation. My crawlspace looks brand new! Before, I wouldn’t dare go down there. But now I wouldn’t hesitate to venture down there for any reason that may arise. The electrician on their team installed a light with a switch and new outlet to power the dehumidifier which has already made a huge improvement! The before and after pictures say it all. Thank you to everyone at Hawk for the excellent customer service and top notch work, start to finish.
