They are very friendly, however the communication skills where very poor. I've taken off of work multiple times to meet them at the site only for them to not show up and me having to call them (sometimes more than once) for them to tell me they had to cancel. They where very communicative in the beginning, but I feel like once they knew they got my business, the communication went downhill.
I would've gave 1 star, however I decided to give 2 because the only good part out of this whole process was the guy they sent to repair everything and finish up the job. He was the only one who communicated with me throughout his whole process and finish...They are very friendly, however the communication skills where very poor. Absolutely abhorrent company, the owners have zero integrity. And Marco threatened me with legal action after his co-owner extorted me, I had to hire a process server because they refused to accept certified mail.
After showing up to the court case, they were ill-prepared and unprofessional throughout the process. Despite having them losing, and I being awarded damages nobody within their company has paid aid the directed amount from the judge.
Every step of the process just turned into a bigger nightmare, unlicensed subcontractors, a complete lack of professionalism, when they showed up to court they spoke on emotion and didn't use facts a...Absolutely abhorrent company, the owners have zero integrity. And showed up ill-prepared for the date of judgment, and Fabio continuously made smirks and unprofessional gestures throughout the court proceeding.
I've dealt with some bad people and some bad companies in my life, but this company and its owners by far are the worst. Their word means nothing and with how they conduct themselves, I question their financial solvency and ability to stand by their work as they're on a trajectory to dissolve their company.

From the initial call, Marcos impressed me by his willingness to help, & patiently explained the processes of water extraction, mold mitigation, insurance claims, repair/restoration. He responded to my questions & concerns promptly, even in the evening. He always remained in communication throughout the entire ordeal, making sure things were being done properly & on time. Leo, who worked on my drywall repairs, worked diligently, was very polite, & cleaned up well after each day. My schedule probably made him work faster than he planned, but he made sure everything was done on time & done well.
