Harvest has always provided the best customer service. Been a loyal customer for many years and they always do their best to provide the best service options for lawn or tree and shrub care. Professional, responsive and knowledgeable in their fields. Highly recommend!
I hired Harvest to aerate and seed my lawn last fall and signed up for their 6 step lawn care program. I followed their guidance on how often to water. At first my lawn looked quite good, but it has recently started looking pretty bad as you can see from the photos. They claim to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee where they claim that if you’re not happy with their work, they will be back to re-service your lawn for free. This is the main reason I decided to go with them in the first place. I contacted them 3 days ago to take them up on their satisfaction guarantee and there has been no response. I’m very disappointed with Harvest.
Robinson did a great job, you can tell he really cares and made sure to not miss any spots whatsoever. You could tell he was concerned about not damaging the sprinklers or pavers which I really appreciated.
