We had Johnson restore some family heirloom furniture for us. It was not fine or high-quality furniture, but held a lot of special memories for us. Pat and her team did outstanding work with the restorations, going the extra mile for quality and attention to detail. We especially appreciate that they treated the work with all of the same care as if it were fine furniture pieces.
A joy to work with. Absolutely first rate craftsmanship, professionally handled. Took some research to find the best furniture repair and upholstery shop in the DC area, but worth it, even though quite a drive from Annapolis. I give them the highest recommendation possible. They did the leather chair seats in the photos. Showed me a complex pattern cane seat they were about to begin, and some amazing finished pieces. Great people. Needed 6 dining room chairs reupholstered, 2 had pieces of trim missing as well. Of course, there is no one else I would have do the work. If anywhere in the greater Washington DC area, these are the furniture reupholstering and repair people to trust.
Wonderful repair of our antique crib. Repair blended into original patina and was strong as the original. Just great!
Harry refinished coffee tables and night stands for us. They did an excellent job. The price was competitive and the workmanship was great. They were even able to change the color of a black table to match the color of our coffee table. This is the second time I have worked with Harry’s and I am so grateful to have found this furniture repair shop.
Harry & Son refinished two pieces for us. Their work is impeccable! The highboy that I sent them was in pieces and looks beautiful now! The hall tree is a show piece - thanks to them. I highly recommend their work. They took their time to do it right. These pieces will be loved by our family for another 100 years!
