Called Dexter to get a price on checking my fridge out. Told him what was going on and sent him my model number. He called me immediately and knew what the problem was. Came out same day in the pouring rain and repaired our fridge. Repair cost was very reasonable. Very professional and polite. Will definitely be using him in the future and recommend him. I called Harrell Appliance Repair asked if they did house calls was told said yes, told him my issue and he said he could get to me the same day! Mr. Dexter came out diagnosed the issue immediately on my dryer knowing what it needed had the part on his truck and got it fixed and back working after making a few adjustments to some other things. Great communicator, very professional, with reasonable price. Definitely will be calling again if something else messes up at this house. Yall give him a call you won’t be sorry. My washing machine wasn't working and I was referred to him . He came out and checked everything out and fixed it so I thought. Keep in mind, I wanted new parts for my washer. He came back with the parts but I don't believe that they were new. My washer is messed up again and it's the same problem that I had before. I called Mr. Harrell and told him that my washer is still doing what it was doing before. He was supposed to come but never showed up. It doesn't look like he stands by his work and now I'm having to get my washing machine repaired all over again. It's a big inconvenience and I am not pleased at all.
