They did a job for my mom who recently lost her husband and where wonderful. They where kind, respectful, honest and let her know what was going on every step of the way. My said she would recommend them to anyone but if you are older, alone and unsure of who you can trust she wants you to know these ate your guys.
Harold Jacked up the parameter of one side of our house, its a two story house with center loadbearing. Large Gaps formed under the baseboard down the center of the house and after we pointed it out they put supports for half of the center footer, but not the whole footer. Drywall split in many parts of the house and floors started squeaking. 3 doors in the upstairs no longer opened. Gaps opened up on pocket doors. My brother-in-laws and I finished jacking up the rest of the center of the house on our own. The floors between the two floors still squeak badly and I believe its from damage from jacking the outside wall without bringing the cen... I would not recommended having your house jacked by this company because it could cause more harm than good.
I was so fortunate to find Harold Thompson Construction. My homes structural integrity was seriously compromised due to a failing foundation connected to drainage issues. Harold put together a plan to address the issues and went right to work on it. Not only did the crew show up on time, he kept me in the loop every step of the way.
